Join us for our church-wide camp June 6-8, 2025 at Camp Caroline. It'll be a time of worship, testimonies, and intergenerational fun!  Deadline for registration is May 16, 2025!

Cost includes accommodations for 2 nights, 5 meals + snacks, and several amenities. Schedule:

    • Arrive anytime after 6PM

  • Saturday
    • Personal Devotional Time
    • 8:00AM - Breakfast
    • 9:00AM - First Gathering
      • There will be a drop off for ages 2-4 for a portion of the gathering.
    • 10:00AM - Intergenerational Small Groups
    • 12:00PM - Lunch
    • 1:00-4:30PM - Free Time
    • 5:00PM - Supper
    • 6:00PM - Second Gathering (Camp Fire)
      • No drop off - we're all together!
    • 7:00PM - Free time/snacks
  • Sunday
    • Personal Devotional Time
    • 8:00AM - Breakfast
    • 9:00AM - Third Gathering
      • There will be a drop off for ages 2-4 for a portion of the gathering.
    • 10:00AM - Intergenerational Small Groups
    • 12:00PM - Lunch
    • 2:00PM - Leave Camp

After you complete the registration process, you will be taken to a payment page. Prices are as follows (2 and under are free):

Aspen/Hillside (Priority for families, married couples, and seniors)

Senior (55+): $222

Ages 6-12: $120
Ages 3-5: $54
Maximum family rate for Aspen/Hillside is $1,030

Creekside Lodge (Will be lodging with same gender roommates)
Adult: $197
Senior: $176

Maximum family rate for Creekside Lodge is $700
 
RV Option (dry camping, 2 nights, 5 meals - only 10 spots available.  Please indicate in special request if you are planning to RV)

NOTE: SINGLE OCCUPANCY: Extra Flat Fee of $10, SUITES: Extra Flat Fee of $50
If you are a family of 4 (eg. 2 adults + 2 ages 6-12), you can pay the lesser price for "Married couple + 2 ages 6-12" instead of "2 adults + 2 kids", etc.

LIABILITY WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

MCKERNAN BAPTIST CHURCH Church-wide Camp

I understand that participation in retreat/trip activities could involve risk of physical injury, illness, death or property loss, and despite safety precautions, MBC cannot guarantee safety thereof, as all risks cannot be prevented. MBC does not provide health and accident insurance for retreat/trip participants, and I understand that any medical expenses, property loss, or other personal expenditures that result during or from this retreat/trip, are to be borne by the participant, or by their parent or guardian (if student/participant is a minor). I also hereby consent, give authorization to, and release from liability; retreat/trip leaders to secure any emergency medical treatment in the event I am unable to, and I agree to be responsible for the costs thereof. In consideration of the opportunity afforded, with full knowledge and acceptance of the risks associated with this retreat/trip and any recreational activities noted within; and with full understanding of the above issues/conditions and risks, I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless MBC, its staff, officers, members, and agents from all form and manner of risks inherent in, and from all claims, suits and demands of any nature arising from participation in said retreat/trip, or activities.

I hereby give permission to McKernan Baptist Church to use photographs of myself, and/or my son/daughter and to display and/or copy the works of my son/daughter for the sole use of McKernan Baptist Church. I understand that these items may also be posted on the church website, official Church social media pages, or included in church publications.
